construction science and management or civil engineering?

Hi my dream it is to start a construction firm to build restaurants, small hotels, small building apartments but which career will be the best to get my dream?

construction science and management = 2 years construction mathematics, physics, etc. Another 2 years only focus in laws and business like zoning and building regulations, Portfolio, building code, estimating building, construction management, supervision and inspection, contracts, bidding, etc.

civil engineering. it has construction estimating, construction management, planning and building code the other subjects are about mathematics, physics, etc.

I don’t how important is to know laws and business to start a construction firm.Which career do you recommend to accomplish my dream?why? both careers are 4 years.

thank you

If you want to start your own business, construction management will take you farther. No use in getting bogged down with statics.
