As a contract employee: Should I file age discr. charges against the client (hospital) or the Scty. Company?

The contract security company that I work for is contracted to provide security services to a Hospital (the client). The security contract company, in attempting to renew the contract with the hospital, was forced to by hospital management to terminate (transfer) services of two older security officers at the hospital (or else the security contract will not be renewed). There is no comparable security job available that either of us can transfer to. There is proof that the reason for termination is false. The oldest two security officers have been terminated. Age discrimination prevails. Question: As a contract employee, should I file charges against the hospital (client), or am I limited to only filing charges against the contract security company (from where I get my pay checks)?

File a complaint against them both jointly and individually. The dust can settle later. RJ

Do you think d.Bank of America receive more than 60% of contract dollars without competition?
