Sandra serves as a contract trainer on the national delivery team for Search Institute and has been providing leadership for local communities and organizations using the et model for over 10 years. She played a key role in launching the initiative and in management of training and consulting as ociate Director for ets for Colorado Youth. Harris currently provides leadership for Abundant ets Alliance, a partnership with YMCA of the USA, YMCA Canada and Search Institute where she works with local YMCA teams and communities towards becoming et rich environments.
